Southern Outdoor Restoration will be pressure washing the exterior building facades and the breezeways/stairwells in your community July 20 – July 28, 2022. Work will only be performed Monday – Friday. Weather Permitting.

PREPARATION: Though we will not be cleaning the walls, ceilings, or floors of the inset balconies, we ask that you clear those balconies of any sensitive personal items (i.e., potted plants, cloth cushions, decorations, electronics etc.) to ensure no damage that comes from cleaning detergent or water overspray. We are not responsible for damage to personal items that are not removed in advance of the service.  We ask that you keep your windows and doors securely closed. If you have a locking gate, please ensure it is unlocked on your service date or we may not be able to fully access your unit.
