Southern Outdoor Restoration will be pressure washing the stairwell and breezeway areas in your community, including the vinyl and painted surfaces, railings, ceilings, and concrete in those areas, on June 30th – July 3rd, 2025, weather permitting.

PREPARATION: Please help us ensure the best wash result possible by temporarily removing ALL potted plants, grills, cloth furniture, electronics, and breakable décor from the area prior to your service date.
