Southern Outdoor Restoration we will be pressure washing buildings and detached garages in your community Tuesday – Friday, May 31^st – June 3^rd & Monday – Tuesday, June 6^th – June 7^th, 2022.  Weather Permitting.

PREPARATION: We will also be cleaning the concrete sidewalks and driveways within the community on June 2^nd -3^rd. Buildings 10410, 10400, and 10411 will have their concrete driveways washed on June 2^nd and Buildings 10421, 10511, and 10510, will have their concrete driveways washed on June 3^rd. Please ensure that no vehicles are parked on the concrete driveways on these buildings on the respective dates and that ALL potted plants, grills, cloth furniture, electronics, and breakable décor on your porches, balconies, and patios prior to your service date. If you have a locking gate, please ensure it is unlocked on your service date or we may not be able to fully access your unit.
