Southern Outdoor Restoration will be cleaning the gutters and washing the building exteriors in your community.

The appointments for this project will be August 20th for Gutter Cleaning and August 24th - 26th for Pressure Washing.

Gutter Cleaning:

We will be blowing out all debris in the gutters and checking downspouts for clogs. You do not need to move any furniture or be at home for this work; however please note that we will clear any gutter or roof debris that may fall onto your walkways or decks. If there is a lot of furniture currently on your deck, we will do our best to work around it. If you have a locking gate, please ensure it is unlocked on your service date or we may not be able to fully access your unit.

Pressure Washing:

We kindly ask that you keep your windows and doors securely closed. If you have a locking gate, please ensure it is unlocked on your service date. Help us ensure the best wash result possible by temporarily removing ALL personal décor from the washing area. Also, cover any electronic doorbells, keypads, cameras or anything else that could be affected by water.
