Southern Outdoor Restoration will be pressure washing the townhomes, garages, fences, stoops/walkways, and mailbox kiosks in your community,  June 8th - 12th and June 15th, 2026.

Ahead of this wash project, we are offering a sign-up period for residents to request an add-on service to pressure wash rear walkways, rear patios, and interior of white vinyl fencing during the existing project schedule. If you elect any of these services, they will be completed in correspondence with your location's date identified in the color coordinated map below. 

PREPARATION: Please help us ensure the best wash result possible by temporarily removing ALL potted plants, grills, cloth furniture, electronics, and breakable décor on your porches and patios prior to your service date.
