Southern Outdoor Restoration will be cleaning gutters in your community on February 23rd & 24th followed by pressure washing select buildings in your community on the afternoon of February 24th continuing through the 25th*, 2026, weather permitting.

Ahead of this wash project, we are offering a sign-up period for residents to request an add-on service to pressure wash the areas of concrete around their townhomes during the existing project schedule. This will include patios, front walkways, and front porch landing areas. *The project schedule may be adjusted dependent on the additional appointments needed to complete add-on work*
