Southern Outdoor Restoration will be pressure washing the townhomes, including front walkways and driveways, in your community February 9* - 20, 2026. *Due to cold weather, we experienced delays in cleaning every area that was indicated in the scope of work for the 9th -- those missed buildings will now be cleaned on the 10th.*

PREPARATION: Please help us ensure the best wash result possible by temporarily removing ALL potted plants, grills, cloth furniture, electronics, and breakable décor on your porches and patios prior to your service date.
