Community Wash Project

Southern Outdoor Restoration will be pressure washing the exterior of the townhomes, communal sidewalks, and all front walkways (front porches not included) in your community November 7 – November 15, 2022. Work will only be performed Monday – Friday. Weather Permitting.
PREPARATION: Please help us ensure the best possible wash by temporarily removing ALL potted plants, grills, cloth furniture, electronics, and breakable décor on your porches and patios before your service date. We ask that you keep your windows and doors securely closed. If you have electronic locks or cameras, please click here.
