Southern Outdoor Restoration will be pressure washing all patios and staining the wood patios in your community Monday, August 14th - Friday, September 1st. Please reference the map below for the wash schedule and the table below for the staining schedule.  WE WILL NOT BE WORKING OVER THE WEEKEND. Weather Permitting.

August 14th – August 22nd – Pressure Washing

August 23rd - Make-Up day for Pressure Washing

August 24th – September 1st – Wood Patio Staining

Please note that our crew will need interior access to your unit a total of three times throughout the project. Once for the washing, and twice for the staining (two applications).

PREPARATION: Please help us ensure the best wash result possible by temporarily removing ALL potted plants, grills, cloth furniture, electronics, and breakable décor on your porches and patios prior to your service date.
