Southern Outdoor Restoration will be pressure washing all townhomes and sidewalks in your community. Our scope will include the front brick staircases and landings for each townhome. Our crew will be onsite October 21st – October 25th, 2024, weather permitting.

o October 21st – Building 2121 & proximal concrete
o October 22nd – Building 2101 & proximal concrete
o October 23rd – Building 910, Building 2111 & proximal concrete
o October 24th – Building 824, Building 2120 & proximal concrete
o October 25th – remaining concrete and touch-us as needed.

If you are interested in having your rear balcony and/or roof deck pressure washed while we are onsite, please reach out to Brittan White. Pricing:
o Rear Balcony -$150
o Roof Deck - $250
*Interior access is required; you will need to be home to provide access.
The deadline for any add-ons is October 18th, 2024.

PREPARATION: Please help us ensure the best wash result possible by temporarily removing ALL potted plants, grills, cloth furniture, electronics, and breakable décor on your porches and patios prior to your service date. We ask that you keep your windows and doors securely closed. If you have electronic locks or cameras, please click here. Please pull trash cans into the garage prior to our arrival for your scheduled wash day, as we are cleaning the trash area insets for each unit.
