Community Wash Project
June 16 - June 21
Southern Outdoor Restoration will be pressure washing the buildings, breezeways, patios, and sidewalks up to, but not including the parking area in your community June 16th - June 21st, 2022. Work will only be performed Monday – Friday. Weather Permitting.
PREPARATION: We will be soft washing the exterior siding and trim to remove mildew, algae, pollen, cobwebs, and loose dirt. We will be pressure washing the wooden breezeways and concrete sidewalks. We will not be pressure washing any of the concrete parking areas. To prepare for the project, PLEASE completely clear off your balconies of any personal items or decorations. We cannot be held responsible for damage to these items if they are not cleared off before 8 AM on Thursday, June 16th.
