Community Wash Project

Southern Outdoor Restoration will be pressure washing the townhomes, including balconies, in your community on April 28th – 30th and May 1st – 2nd 2025, weather permitting.
PREPARATION: Please help us ensure the best wash result possible by temporarily removing ALL potted plants, grills, cloth furniture, electronics, and breakable décor on your porches and patios prior to your service date. We ask that you keep your windows and doors securely closed. If you have electronic locks or cameras, please click here.
