Southern Outdoor Restoration will be cleaning the gutters in your townhome community January 15-17, 2024.  

PREPARATION: Please help us ensure the best result possible by temporarily removing ALL sensitive items, including electronics and breakable décor on your porches and patios prior to your service date. We ask that you keep your windows and doors securely closed. If you have electronic locks or cameras, please click here.

We will begin service on Youngblood St. in Phase 1 on building 1 and work our way through the community towards Sedgefield Road.

Southern Outdoor Restoration will be completing the gutter cleaning project on the town homes. Please remove all sensitive items from your patios and elevated balconies. We will not be removing or replacing any of the flooring systems on the rooftop balconies. You may zoom in on the map to find the day your building is to be serviced. Please also remember to not leave any windows open or cracked.
