Southern Outdoor Restoration will be pressure washing the buildings, front walkways, and front porch concrete in your community February 9th – 20th*, 2026, weather permitting.

Ahead of this wash project, we are offering a sign-up period for residents to request an add-on service to pressure wash driveways or back concrete patios during the existing project schedule. *The project schedule may be adjusted dependent on the additional appointments needed to complete add-on work*

PREPARATION: Please help us ensure the best wash result possible by temporarily removing ALL potted plants, grills, cloth furniture, electronics, and breakable décor on your porches and patios prior to your service date.
