PREPARATION: Please help us ensure the best wash result possible by temporarily removing ALL potted plants, grills, cloth furniture, electronics, and breakable décor on your porches and patios prior to your service date. Southern Outdoor Restoration will be completing the community wash project on the town home and condo buildings. Please COMPLETELY clear your back patio and elevated balconies, as we will be spraying a biodegradable mildewcide solution on your home at low pressure and completing a full fresh water rinse with fresh water. If the items on balconies are not completely removed, we may skip your unit. You may zoom in on the map to find the day your building is to be serviced. Please also remember to not leave any windows open or cracked.
