Southern Outdoor Restoration will be pressure washing the buildings in your community July 21^st – 25^th, 2025, weather permitting.

PREPARATION:

We ask that you keep your windows and doors securely closed on the date of service we will be cleaning your unit.  If you have electronic locks or cameras, please click here.

Please ensure all window-mounted bird feeders are removed from the exterior of your windows.

Southern Outdoor Restoration is not responsible for any items left on windows, including plants, feeders, or other personal belongings.

Be advised that a lift will be used to clean the building.

To ensure safe and efficient access, we kindly ask that all vehicles be relocated from building adjacent parking spots during the scheduled building service date.
