Southern Outdoor Restoration will be pressure washing the balconies, cleaning windows, and pressure washing the building facades within your community June 11th – June 19th, 2025, weather permitting.  

Please see the following date breakdown for when each building portion will be completed:

June 11th: 01 Units (101, 201, 301, 401, 501)

June 12th: 02 Units (102, 202, 302, 402, 502)

June 13th: 03 Units (103, 203, 303, 403, 503)

June 16th: 04 Units (104, 204, 304, 404, 504)

June 17th: 05 Units (105, 205, 305, 405, 505)

June 18th: 06 Units (106, 206, 306, 406, 506)

June 19th: Remaining scope of cleaning work and touch-ups as needed

PREPARATION: Please help us ensure the best wash result possible by temporarily removing ALL potted plants, grills, cloth furniture, electronics, and breakable décor on your balconies, porches, and patios prior to your service date. We ask that you keep your windows and doors securely closed. We will need to access the inside of these units to wash the balconies. If you have electronic locks or cameras, please click here.
