Southern Outdoor Restoration will we will be cleaning gutters in your community December 16th. We will also be pressure washing the outside of each residence on December 17th – December 19th and January 6th - 7th.

PREPARATION:
Gutter Cleaning: We will be blowing out all debris in the gutters and checking downspouts for clogs. You do not need to move any furniture or be at home for this work; however please note that we will clear any gutter or roof debris that may fall onto your walkways or decks. If there is a lot of furniture currently on your deck, we will do our best to work around it. If you have a locking gate, please ensure it is unlocked on your service date or we may not be able to fully access your unit.

Pressure Washing: Please help us ensure the best wash result possible by temporarily removing ALL potted plants, grills, cloth furniture, electronics, and breakable décor on your porches and patios prior to your service date.
