Southern Outdoor Restoration will be pressure washing decks in your community in preparation for staining June 3rd – June 5th, weather permitting. We are also scheduled to stain all surfaces of the decks June 4th – June 14th. WE WILL NOT BE WORKING WEEKENDS.

PREPARATION: Please COMPLETELY clear your back deck for the duration of these projects. Please remember not to park in the areas that will block access to your deck. If you have a locking gate, please ensure it is unlocked on your service dates or we may not be able to fully access your unit.

Washing: June 3rd – June 5th: The wash map can be accessed below.

Staining: June 4th – June 14th: The precise date for your staining will be provided to you via a hand-delivered flyer at your home. You will receive a 2nd flyer the day before your deck is scheduled to be stained.
