Southern Outdoor Restoration will be cleaning the gutters in your community Monday, February 26, 2024 and pressure washing the townhomes Tuesday, February 27 - Wednesday, February 29, 2024, weather permitting.  

PREPARATION: Please help us ensure the best wash result possible by temporarily removing ALL potted plants, grills, cloth furniture, electronics, and breakable décor on your porches and patios prior to your service date. Southern Outdoor is also pleased to offer residents of Vineyards Kenwood Townhomes a pressure washing add-on for your unit. The cost for this optional service is $95 and includes cleaning of your unit's driveway, front walkway and back patio. Residents must sign up individually for this offer and will be invoiced directly from Southern Outdoor Restoration. Cleaning will coincide with the gutter cleaning project.
